Colibri Gardens Regenerative Agriculture Internships

Our farm internships immerse you in homesteading life!  Our interns become an immediate part of our family- we live together, eat together, work together, and play together!

While you are here you will be involved in all aspects of our farming operation.  You will milk goats, herd sheep, set up fencing for our rotationally grazed cows, pigs, goats and sheep.  You will get your hands dirty in the garden, chop firewood, make cheese, build a structure or two....

and of course cook and clean and go for trips to swim in the river, build forts with Nate, and play all sorts of games!

Ours days on the farm are long and full of excitement, and you will probably work harder than you have ever worked in your life.  But you will also laugh and be in awe of all the magnificent wonders of the farm, and you will learn more than you ever thought possible to learn in a summer.

-Someone who has dreamed of sitting on a hillside with a flock of sheep and a herd of goats.

-And finally- someone who loves to work hard, really hard- in other words- an aspiring farmer!
